D’estate, con gli irregolari che lavorano come ambulanti nelle spiagge, la popolazione raddoppia. L’odore che proviene dall’abitato è nauseante. Nella struttura non arrivano neanche i postini. Le irregolarità si moltiplicano e lo stato di abbandono è totale. Sembra quasi che ci sia una strategia per devastare, ghettizzare portare l’House e le persone che ci vivono alla disperazione. Un disegno di costruttori e multinazionali che prevede la pulizia etnica indiretta. Chi ci vive si difende come può, rimediando l’acqua per lavarsi e peri bisogni, ma permane una tensione insopportabile. Si tratta di una vera e propria bomba ad olorogeria che potrebbe esplodere da un momento all’altro, una guerra per l’acqua in uno dei Paesi europei chene spreca di più. Dalla Regione giungono notizie di un asilo che verrà realizzato nella struttura per offrire spazi di inclusione sociale,ma sono i bisogni primari a mancare, è l’accesso ai diritti fondamentali, è quell’odore acre che continua a separare l’House dal mondo esterno che poco o nulla sa di questa tragedia quotidiana.

Labrador salva uomo nel milanese

Un agente fuori servizio del commissariato Bonola, che stava passeggiando in compagnia del suo cane, ha salvato un uomo di 42 anni che era scivolato nelle acque del canale Vichignolo, frazione di Settimo Milanese, alle porte di Milano.

Ad avvistare l’uomo, che giaceva sul fondo del canale già privo di conoscenza, è stato proprio l’animale, un labrador di nome Pongo, che ha iniziato ad agitarsi in prossimità delle sponde del torrente, attirando l’attenzione del padrone. Quando si è avvicinato, il poliziotto ha notato il corpo immobile sul fondo del canalone e ha chiamato il 112. Facendo una catena umana, servendosi del guinzaglio del cane e il cavo elastico dell’auto, i carabinieri e l’agente sono riusciti ad estrarre dall’acqua il 42enne che, nel frattempo, aveva ripreso conoscenza. Trasportato al pronto soccorso dell’ospedale di Rho, l’uomo è stato trattenuto in osservazione.

On this event we need clarification. La situazione così descritta è passata poi negli uffici tecnici regionali dove sono state richieste integrazioni sulla documentazione presentata dalla GDF per le opportune valutazioni. Il 5/11/09 come già anticipato da alcuni giornali locali si concluderà il procedimento di competenza della Regione Marche ed è stata quindi convocata, come richiesto dalla legge, la conferenza dei servizi, preceduta in data 22/10/09 da un incontro tecnico convocato per raccogliere i contributi specifici di ARPAM, Corpo Forestale dello Stato e delle altre strutture regionali coinvolte. Ormai da tempo la popolazione locale vive in malo modo tale prospettiva tanto da far richiedere da più parti una informazione maggiore e dettagliata sul rigassificatore e da ultimo far nascere comitati cittadini contro l’installazione dell’impianto. Nella nostra piena consapevolezza che non esiste un piano energetico ambientale nazionale (gravissima carenza alla quale il Governo Berlusconi non è neppur lontanamente intenzionato a mettere fine) che possa razionalizzare la costruzione e la locazione di questi tipi di impianti e che la Regione Marche è chiamata a recepire un ordinamento di carattere superiore e a elaborare scelte esclusivamente di valutazione tecnica su tale progetti, ci chiediamo come l’Amministrazione Local may have alienated far from any assessment on the real needs of the area!
