Il 5/11/09 come già anticipato da alcuni giornali locali si concluderà il procedimento di competenza della Regione Marche ed è stata quindi convocata, come richiesto dalla legge, la conferenza dei servizi, preceduta in data 22/10/09 da un incontro tecnico convocato per raccogliere i contributi specifici di ARPAM, Corpo Forestale dello Stato e delle altre strutture regionali coinvolte. Ormai da tempo la popolazione locale vive in malo modo tale prospettiva tanto da far richiedere da più parti una informazione maggiore e dettagliata sul rigassificatore e da ultimo far nascere comitati cittadini contro l’installazione dell’impianto. Nella nostra piena consapevolezza che non esiste un piano energetico ambientale nazionale (gravissima carenza alla quale il Governo Berlusconi non è neppur lontanamente intenzionato a mettere fine) che possa razionalizzare la costruzione e la locazione di questi tipi di impianti e che la Regione Marche è chiamata a recepire un ordinamento di carattere superiore e a elaborare scelte esclusivamente di valutazione tecnica su tale progetti, ci chiediamo come l’Amministrazione Local may have alienated far from any assessment on the real needs of the area!
